Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
What to do if you can't make your massage?
Life happens, things come up. I get it. I fully understand, we are all human, and we know that life is unpredictable.
At Pinpoint Massage, we set aside time to focus on just the one client. When you schedule, you are reserving that time for you, where we only focus on you. Because of that, when someone cancels last minute, we lose out on that time that someone else could have scheduled a massage. This is why our policy is in place.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Massage
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your massage. This allows us a chance to fill that spot with another client who may be wanting that spot.
You may rebook or cancel online, using my online scheduling system. You should receive an email that states when your massage is scheduled, and there is a link where you can change your appointment time. This is available until the cut off of 24 hours.
If you need to rebook or cancel your appointment within that 24 hour time frame, please call or text. A 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee will be applied to your account and sent to your email on file as an invoice. This fee will be waived if we are able to fill that time slot (best way to do that is to find a substitute for your appointment).
What if I am sick?
If you are sick, do NOT show up for your appointment. Call or Text to let me know what is going on, so I don't worry about you. Even if it is within the 24 hour time frame (I understand that sometimes illness hits us hard and fast sometimes), please call and let me know. We will discuss options for you at that time.
What if I don't show up?
Not showing up for your appointment time is considered a No Call, No Show. If this happens, you will be charged for the full amount of the massage time. If something has happened, please call or text to let me know what is going on. I worry about my clients when they don't show up, and want to know that you are safe.
A note when calling...
I know many of you have been experiencing the same thing, but I have been getting an annoyingly large amount of robocalls lately. To the tune of about 15-20 a day. If you call to make an appointment, or to reschedule/cancel, please leave a voice mail. I do not have everyone's phone numbers saved in my phone, so I may not recognize the number. I do want to speak to you, so please leave a message.
